Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Version 1.2
No account. No sign-up. No advertising tracking. FunS Wallet does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or identity documents. Your recovery phrase and private keys never leave your device. To keep the App working and stable, some technical data is sent to the third-party services listed below.
This Policy explains what FunS Wallet ("the App") does and does not do with information. It applies to the FunS Wallet mobile app.
Who provides the App. FunS Wallet is developed and operated by AZEND PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 135 Middle Road #02-24 Bylands Building, Singapore 188975. “FunS” is a product brand of AZEND PTE. LTD. In this Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AZEND PTE. LTD. AZEND PTE. LTD. is the data controller for any information described below.
1. What We Do Not Collect
- No account. There is no registration, login, email, phone number, or KYC.
- No keys. Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated on your device and stored there in encrypted form. They are never transmitted to us and we have no way to obtain them.
- No PIN. Your app PIN is used on your device to unlock your encrypted wallet and is never sent to us. If you enable biometric unlock, the App stores the PIN in the platform’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android encrypted storage).
- No advertising, no advertising or behavioural analytics profiles, no cross-app tracking. We do not sell or share data with data brokers or advertisers.
- No account server. We do not operate a server that stores your wallet address, keys, balances, or transaction history.
2. What Leaves Your Device
The App is a blockchain client, so some information necessarily goes to third-party services in order to work. Each service below receives only what its function requires:
- Blockchain node (RPC) providers. To read balances, token prices, and network state and to send transactions, the App sends requests that include your public wallet address to node providers for the network you select. Providers currently used include NodeReal and public BNB Smart Chain / Ethereum RPC nodes. These providers can see the address being queried and the IP address making the request.
- Transaction history providers. To show your transaction history, your public wallet address is sent to NodeReal (BNB Smart Chain) and Etherscan (Ethereum).
- Prices. Token prices are read from Chainlink price feeds on the blockchain, through the node providers above. No separate price service receives your address.
- Token icons. To display token logos, the App downloads images from CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap image servers. These requests do not include your wallet address, but those servers can see the requesting IP address.
- Signed transactions are broadcast to blockchain nodes. Everything on a public blockchain — addresses, amounts, timestamps — is permanently public by design and is not private.
- Sites you open in the in-app dApp browser receive whatever a website normally receives (such as your IP address), and — only when you connect and approve — your public wallet address. We do not send your browsing history to us; connection records kept on your device are described in Section 4.
- WalletConnect. When you connect to a dApp with WalletConnect, session messages are relayed through the WalletConnect network. When you approve a connection, the selected public wallet address is shared with that dApp. The WalletConnect SDK's own usage telemetry is turned off in the App.
- App updates (Android). On supported Android devices, the App uses Google Play’s in-app update service to check whether a new version is available. Google Play processes device metadata, the App version, and installed module information for this purpose, under Google’s own terms and practices.
- Error and performance diagnostics are sent to Sentry, as described in Section 3.
3. Error, Crash, and Performance Diagnostics
To find and fix defects and improve stability, the App sends diagnostic data to Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service. This includes crash and error reports and, for a sample of app sessions, performance measurements (for example, how long app start-up, screens, and network requests take). A report may include: the error and stack trace, app version, device model, operating system version, and a device-generated identifier used to group reports. Performance measurements may include the addresses (URLs) of network requests the App makes to the services in Section 2, which can contain your public wallet address. As with any internet request, Sentry can also see the IP address that sends the report.
Before an error report leaves your device, the App filters some values. For JavaScript error reports, the App removes the request URL field, drops JavaScript network-request records, and masks certain patterns in error messages and exception text, such as “0x”-prefixed hexadecimal strings of 40 or more characters (for example wallet addresses, transaction hashes, private keys, and signatures), long numbers, and word sequences resembling a recovery phrase. This filtering does not cover every field, native crash reports, or performance measurements, and it is a safeguard rather than a guarantee. Error and performance diagnostics may therefore include network request URLs, query parameters, and your public wallet address. Reports are not used to build a user profile, advertise to you, or track you across apps.
Diagnostic data is retained by Sentry for a limited period under the retention settings of our Sentry account and Sentry's own policies, and is deleted after that period.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
- Encrypted recovery phrase and private keys, protected by your PIN and (optionally) device biometrics.
- Your settings, language, selected network, custom tokens, dApp bookmarks, WalletConnect session information, records of dApp sites you have approved (the site origin, the connected wallet address and network, and connection and last-visit times, which you can remove under Connected Sites), and cached transaction history and price data.
- None of this is synced to us. Whether it is included in your device's own encrypted backup depends on your operating system's backup settings.
5. Biometrics
If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock, authentication is performed entirely by your operating system. The App never receives your biometric data — it only receives a yes/no result from the system.
6. Camera
The App uses the camera only to scan QR codes (wallet addresses and WalletConnect pairing codes). Scanning happens on your device; images are not stored, uploaded, or transmitted.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your Choices and Deletion
- You can delete the App at any time. Deleting the App removes the App’s app-storage data, but on iOS some secure-storage (Keychain) items and any existing device backups may remain. We hold no account, so there is no account to close.
- Diagnostic data already sent to Sentry is kept only for the limited retention period described in Section 3 and is then deleted. Because reports are not linked to an identity, we may not be able to tell which reports came from your device; if you send a deletion request to the contact address below, we will take reasonable steps to locate and delete matching data.
- Information recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
- Keep a secure backup of your recovery phrase or private key before deleting the App. Without a usable backup, you may permanently lose access to your wallet — nobody, including us, can restore it.
- You can decline the camera and biometric permissions; the App remains usable through manual address entry and your PIN.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the App changes. The "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be reflected in the App's release notes.
